What Personal Data we Collect and our Lawful Grounds for Collecting It.
As outline above we are only legally able to collect and process your personal data when we have a legal basis for doing so.
We collect Customer Data from you when you are placing on order with us so that we may fulfil our contractual obligations with you for our products or services, informing you about updates regarding your contract, keeping records of the contract or our legitimate interests to you regarding performance and quality. We do not knowingly collect any personal data on our website of children under the age of digital consent (currently 16). As outlined in our Terms and Conditions use of the CocoaBox website is limited to people over the age of 18.

At CocoaBox we place the highest priority on protecting the security of your personal data. That being said there is physical or electronic technology in the world that is in entirely secure. We cannot guarantee the complete security of our data storage that holds the personal data that you supply to us, nor can we guarantee that your data will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the internet.
Any transmission of personal data is done at your own risk.

CocoaBox retains your personal data in accordance with our in house retention periods and for as long as is necessary to provide you with a quality service as required by law and for the exercise or defence of legal claims that may be brought by or against us.
